Assessment first. Function-based throughout.
Every case follows the same sequence, grounded in the standards every behavior analyst is trained on. We begin by understanding the child, develop an individualized treatment plan, and let the data guide each decision that follows.
Assess
We start by getting to know your child. We watch closely, talk with you, and measure what is happening now, how often a behavior happens and what it does for your child, before we change anything. Clinicians call this a functional behavior assessment.
Plan
A board certified analyst writes a plan built around your child: clear, meaningful goals and methods chosen to fit what we learned. Your priorities, and your child's comfort and willingness, shape what we work on and how.
Teach
Trained, certified behavior technicians work with your child one to one, guided and supervised by the analyst. We teach using what motivates your child and the gentlest methods that work, and we check the plan is being followed exactly.
Analyze
We take data every session and look at the graphs together. Whether we keep going, adjust, or change course is decided by what the numbers show, not by guesswork.
Make it last
We practice each skill in different places and with different people, and we train you too, so progress holds at home and keeps going as our hours step down.
Data-Informed Care
We track your child's progress every session and share it with you in plain language. Goals are set for your child and measured against their own starting point, never compared to anyone else.
Ongoing assessment
Each client is assessed on a continuing basis to track skill acquisition and behavior change over time.
Objective data collection
Trained staff record data at each session, providing an objective measure of progress rather than impression.
Regular review
Treatment plans are reviewed at scheduled intervals and adjusted based on the data and the client's response.
