A BCBA leadership role overseeing the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized ABA programs across in-home, adult residential, and adult day-program settings. Primarily remote, with periodic in-person involvement for clinical oversight, staff development, and quality assurance.
What you would do
- Conduct FBAs, risk, preference, and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PEAK, QABF, FAST, Vineland)
- Develop, monitor, and reassess individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, BTs, Program Managers, and clinical staff
- Ensure care meets BACB, HIPAA, and Title 17 and 22 standards
What you need
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience supervising ABA staff across multiple settings
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and treatment-planning experience
- Knowledge of California regional center systems and Title 17 and 22 preferred

Coordinate in-home ABA services as the bridge between BCBAs, families, and behavior technicians, keeping programming faithful to the clinical plan and care consistent and family-centered.
What you would do
- Support BCBAs in implementing treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Review and summarize program data for accuracy and trends
- Conduct home visits to observe staff and ensure treatment fidelity
- Mentor, train, and onboard behavior technicians
What you need
- Bachelor's in psychology, education, ABA, or a related field (Master's preferred or in progress)
- 2+ years in ABA, including 1+ year in a supervisory or lead role
- RBT preferred; BCaBA or advanced ABA coursework a plus
- In-home ABA experience strongly preferred
Provide hands-on, in-home ABA care to children. You run the ABA programs session to session, collect the data, and keep families informed about their child's progress, in a warm and structured environment.
What you would do
- Implement individualized ABA programs in the home
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress
- Collaborate with Program Managers and clinical staff
What you need
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate's preferred)
- 1+ year in ABA or direct care with children with ASD preferred
- RBT certification preferred; CPR and First Aid
- Livescan and Child Abuse Index clearance, driver's license, and auto insurance
